Monitoring consists of collecting and then analysing the most up-to-date information on its environment in order to take the best possible decisions. This training allows us to formalise, based on the needs collected beforehand: the type of information required, the sources for retrieving it, the frequency of monitoring, the tools for carrying out this process and the channel through which to disseminate our monitoring.

This module aims to give the participants / auditors the necessary keys to know how to visit a trade show in order to legally collect all available information.

CRISIS MANAGEMENT AWARENESS
Enterprise crisis management is the process of preparing for and managing any disruptive or unexpected emergency that affects your business, stakeholders, employees, customers and revenues. As such, all businesses should have a crisis management plan in place to prepare for any unforeseen event and prevent long-term damage from occurring as a result.
"Together, we will develop the methodology to anticipate a crisis. The aim of this training is to :
- reduce the severity of the event when it occurs
- limit the impact and collateral damage of the event
- managing crisis communication at the level of the people concerned and the media
-control the crisis situation in order to save its corporate image
